Our cuisine is based on simple dishes and traditional, family recipes dating back to grandmother's era that will give you the chance to enjoy wholesome, natural flavours and aromas.
You definitely must try our strangolapreti (spinach dumplings), multi-coloured gnocchi (potato dumplings), tortelli di patate (potato fritters), canederli (Knödel – bread dumplings) and our delicious desserts like torta di fregoloti (crumble cake), carrot cake and strudel.
Our local game dishes are prepared in several ways. You can also try typical mountain cheese; our valley's most famous cheese is called "casolet".
Each day you can discover new dishes and a wide variety of choices.
In each dish, including our starters and all the way to dessert, you will find the flavours of our traditional cuisine that have been perfectly combined with a dash of creativity and imagination.
Each day a vegetarian dish is also prepared and upon request we can also prepare other dishes to meet any of our clients' dietary needs.
Once a week, we organize a typical candlelight dinner in a pleasant atmosphere where you can enjoy the typical products of the valley.
